The Provincial Nominee Program
The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) permits provinces and territories to nominate candidates whose expertise and skills will bolster regional economic growth and who intend to settle in the nominating province or territory. Confirmation of Permanent Residency and Landing

If you are from a country that requires a visa to Canada, you will also be issued a permanent resident visa. With these documents, you can do your landing in Canada and become a Permanent Resident of Canada.
